DAY OF WEDDING COORDINATION
Day of wedding coordination is an excellent investment for newlyweds who have planned their entire wedding on their own and need a team to effectively execute their plans.
The team of coordinators will be with you from the beginning of the preparations until the last planned item of the wedding (usually until midnight).
Also, we will be the main contact for all associates, so your preparation will go smoothly and stress-free.
As you yourself have seen during the planning, the wedding day itself has a lot of dynamics before you say the famous 'YES!'
What can happen on the wedding day

Delay of vendors (photographers, musicians, decorators, waiters...)

Technical problems (lighting, music, microphone, outdoor unit)

Delay of newlyweds or guests

Misplaced tables or decorations

Transportation problem (wedding car, guest bus)

Weather changes for outdoor weddings (rain, wind, high temperature)

Minor disagreements between co-workers or family (you as a mediator)

Monitoring the hourly rate and making sure everything goes according to plan
Our task is also to:

Monitor the hourly rate throughout the day

Taking care of the newlyweds' personal belongings (bouquet, wedding rings, purse, trinkets)

Coordinating with restaurant and band/DJ regarding protocol

Preparation and distribution of props (balloons, sprinklers, confetti...)

Organization of photography (family and guests gathering)

Taking care of unusual requests (special drinks, traditions, customs)

Reminding newlyweds of important details (literally "memory refresher")
